Wood From Sustainable Forestry
The wood is sourced exclusively from sustainable forestry in Norway with a high degree of reforestation. The Attende team has a deep understanding of
the raw material.
Smart Logistics
Control of internal and external logistic processes supported by IT and communication systems + using green logistics service providers.
(aim: reduction of Scope 3 emissions)
Low-Emission
Achieving low-emissions through innovative filter systems. The production of wood pellets is defined as almost
CO2 neutral.
Wood Pellets With High Density
The quality of Attende's wood pellets fullfils the highest quality standards. Furthermore, Attende is ensuring compliance with the EU sustainability requirements in order to allow for exports.
Attende Sustainable Park
Attende will build a Sustainable Energy Park.
This system provides the factory with enough energy (heating and electricity) for its daily operations. Furthermore, the area of Harasjøen Industrial park is supplied with energy. Hence, the industrial area has a self-sufficient power supply. Surplus energy can be sold to the Municipality of Stange on a power-on-demand basis.
Stange Municipality
The Community of Stange provides the final infrastructural development of Attende's industrial area and benefits from this promising business, i.e. attracting additional new companies.
Packaging With Recycled Plastic
In its overall 360 degree green approach, Attende ensures that sustainability is dominating every area of the business, i.e. the packaging is of recycled plastic.
The Market
Industrial and commercial usage(B2B) and the residential usage market(B2C). In these markets, pellets are used to generate heating, as replacement for oil, gas and electricity.
